Uzma is a bilingual Instructor dedicated to assisting students in their personal, professional, and spiritual development. As a certified Human Rights Consultant, she integrates her expertise in spiritual coaching, Islamic integrated counseling, and positive psychology to empower individuals through education.

She is the founder of the Adult Spiritual Educational Program (ASEP), an online learning initiative based on a psycho-spiritual model. A pioneer in spiritual psychology (Psychology with a Soul), Uzma explores the intersection of psychology, science, and spirituality to enhance psychological and spiritual well-being.

With a profound understanding of Islamic Science, Theology, Applied Sufi Psychology, Islamic Mystical tradition, and Islamic Eschatology, she leverages her multicultural and linguistic knowledge gained during her years in Saudi Arabia, where she became fluent in Arabic and Urdu.

Uzma's commitment to community service, interfaith work, and civic engagement has been unwavering since 2000. She firmly believes in promoting religious diversity and unity within diversity. Recognized for her dedication, she received a Community Service Award in 2015 and was acknowledged for interfaith services by Zaman International Hope for Humanity in 2016.

As a certified Arabic Calligrapher and positive psychology specialist, Uzma has spent over a decade teaching Arabic and empowering students from diverse backgrounds, including psychologists, social workers, educators, medical professionals, counselors, and teachers.

In 2019, she collaborated with Indonesian delegates on a global leadership program to promote interfaith dialogue and shared values, emphasizing democracy, human rights, pluralism, diversity, and the impact of women in Western society from an Islamic and Judeo-Christian perspective.

Uzma is the author of "The Effect of Violence in a Society," covering topics such as social psychology, discrimination, and anti-racism. Her passion for positive change and transformation is reflected in her work as an activist, educator, and mentor.
